Your responsibilities

  • You will learn what you can do with fresh produce to make your guests happy.
  • You will learn the differences between frying, steaming, blanching and grilling.
  • You will support the daily preparation and quality control of hot and cold dishes for the staff restaurant using fresh and gluten-free ingredients.
  • You will learn why and which hygiene regulations must be observed.
  • You will learn how to serve our guests and answer questions about ingredients with confidence.
  • You will contribute your own ideas and gluten-free recipes.
  • You will learn how cost control, merchandise management and kitchen organization belong together.
  • You will learn technical kitchen procedures.

We are looking for you if …

  • You think about good food all the time.
  • You are interested in further training and learning how to make gluten-free dishes.
  • You enjoy teamwork and you still stay cool when “it heats up” in our restaurant.
  • You enjoy dealing with guests and are sociable.
  • The rule of three and mental arithmetic don’t throw you completely off track.
  • You can also really get to grips with things.
  • You like to take on responsibility and have a strong service orientation.
  • You have a desire to learn new things, are tidy and committed.
