Your tasks

  • You are the first point of contact for our national and international employees and operating sites when it comes to personnel issues. You score points with your discretion and your trusting, friendly manner.
  • You are responsible for on-boarding and off-boarding in Germany and abroad.
  • Your tasks will include the independent preparation of employment contracts, references, certificates and correspondence.
  • You will also be responsible for processing administrative personnel tasks relating to transfers and contract changes.
  • You will be responsible for the maintenance and administration of personnel master data, digital personnel files and time management in the HR management system.
  • You will proactively handle general operational tasks within the HR department and support the team in cases of substitution.

Your profile

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and/or business studies/further training, such as business administration, economics, state-certified HR specialist with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in HR.
  • In addition, you have advanced knowledge of tax, labor and social security law.
  • Your strengths include the ability to work in a team, a hands-on mentality and a careful, structured and independent way of working.
  • You score points with your communication skills, your positive and friendly demeanor towards employees and contact persons.
  • You speak and write German at native speaker level and have a good to very good command of English.
  • Your work is characterized by discretion and responsible handling of sensitive data and information.
  • You are very familiar with the common MS Office programs – especially Word and Excel.
  • Your enjoyment of shared tasks and challenges, your perseverance and motivation round off your profile.
