Your tasks

  • You are responsible for managing and monitoring all financial activities of the CID Group, including book-keeping, accounting, payment transactions, financial planning and analysis as well as budgeting.
  • You will be responsible for the operational management of the accounting department as well as the management and technical leadership of the accounting team and ensure compliance with legal and internal regulations.
  • You will coordinate and be responsible for preparing the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) as well as the Group’s business analyses.
  • You prepare financial reports and analyses as well as liquidity planning for the management as a basis for well-founded decisions; you are also responsible for the coordination, preparation and presentation of timely monthly reports.
  • You are a networker who works closely with the business units and thus recognizes and picks up on accounting developments in the company at an early stage.
  • You accompany tax audits by the tax authorities and have already gained experience in this area.
  • You are the first point of contact for tax consultants, auditors, banks and tax authorities.

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed a business degree, e.g. business administration, business administration, finance, finance & controlling, or comparable commercial training, ideally with further training as an accountant or tax specialist.
  • You have several years of professional experience in operational accounting as well as in-depth knowledge of accounting and financial reporting in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB).
  • You have already gained initial to several years of management experience – preferably as a committed team leader.
  • Your German and English language skills are good to very good.
  • You have very good MS Office skills as well as good knowledge of DATEV and a general affinity for IT.
  • The ability to approach challenges in a solution-oriented and structured manner with empathetic communication skills and to implement business goals also characterize you.
  • You have a very high sense of responsibility and commitment. Self-initiative, resilience, reliability and the ability to work in a team round off your profile.
